Ayçe Yılmaz Canlı is working as Senior Sustainability Manager at IC Holding, where she leads the Group’s sustainability strategy and climate-focused transformation initiatives. Her areas of expertise include climate change and low-carbon transition, sustainability reporting, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), sustainable supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement. She works closely with IC Holding’s portfolio companies across multiple sectors to strengthen their sustainability performance, embed sustainability into business strategies, and drive long-term value creation. Canlı also serves as a Board Member of the Impact Investing Advisory Board (EYDK) and actively contributes to sustainability-focused working groups and initiatives of leading business organizations, including SKD Türkiye and TÜSİAD.
