Murat Günaydın serves as a Partner in the Audit & Assurance Services Department at Deloitte Turkiye. Having joined the firm in 2015; he leads the internal audit, sustainability, and family business services. Günaydın began his career in 2004 as an Accounting Specialist at Şişecam and subsequently worked as a Specialist in the Company’s Budget and Financial Control Department. In 2008, he passed the examination administered by the Şişecam Internal Audit Department and served in that unit until 2015, ultimately holding the title of Senior Internal Auditor. He frequently participates in various organizations as a speaker and trainer in his areas of expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Marmara University. He holds the following certifications and qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (SMMM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), GRI Certified Sustainability Reporting Professional, KGK Sustainability Auditor & Reporting Professional, and Social Responsibility Auditor (BSCI Auditor).
