Over a career spanning more than twenty years, Ozan Gençer has led audit and advisory engagements across end-to-end business processes, with a particular focus on supply chain management, purchasing and procurement, delivering more than 50 digital audit projects across Türkiye and Europe. Since 2021 he has served as Managing Partner at Solvia Risk Solutions, heading the firm's risk and operational excellence solutions. He currently leads RedFlag, a continuous audit platform that monitors 100% of SAP transactions in real time, uniting process mining, artificial intelligence and automated controls in a single platform. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and a master's degree from Galatasaray University.
