Şennur Kuru began her professional career in the banking sector in 1999 and has since held various senior Human Resources positions at leading organizations, including Yıldız Holding, Sabancı Holding, Enerjisa, Avea, and Türk Telekom.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in Human Resources management, organizational development, and strategic HR business partnering. She served as Director of Organizational Development at Avea, followed by her role as Group Human Resources Director at Sabancı Holding. She subsequently joined Türk Telekom as Director of Human Resources Business Partnership.

Since November 2017, Şennur Kuru has been serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kibar Holding, where she leads the company’s Human Resources strategy and contributes to organizational development, talent management, and people-focused initiatives.

Şennur Kuru holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU).
